Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 4 October 2026

We want you to be sure Vancely fits before you pay, which is why every account starts with a free trial. This page explains how plans, cancellation and refunds work. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Free trial

  • New accounts get a 7-day free trial with limited usage. No card or payment is needed to start.
  • When the trial ends, sending stops until you choose a paid plan. Nothing is charged automatically.

Plans and payment

  • Paid plans are monthly and priced in US dollars, for the period shown on the plan.
  • Invoices are issued in the dashboard and paid by bank transfer. A plan becomes active once we confirm your payment.
  • We never take payments automatically, so you are only charged when you pay an invoice yourself.

Cancelling

  • You can cancel at any time: simply do not pay the next invoice, or tell us at support@bytevancer.com.
  • Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you paid for. After that, sending stops.
  • Your data is then kept or deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. If you want your account closed and its data deleted, ask us at any time.

Refunds

Because you can try the service for free first and are never charged automatically, fees are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or we agree in writing. This matches section 5 of our Terms of Service.

If you think you paid by mistake, for example twice for the same invoice, contact us with the invoice number and payment reference and we will look into it.

Suspended accounts

If we suspend or close an account because it broke the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy, fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
