Invoices are issued in US dollars in your dashboard. Pay by bank transfer using the invoice number as reference; your plan is activated once payment is confirmed.

About the limits
Daily limits are per connected number. New numbers start lower and ramp up over their first week (see the warm-up schedule) to protect them from being banned.
